There are two ways to purchase our tickets. You can either purchase them directly at the ticket counter or by purchasing them online at our website.
Once you’ve purchased tickets online at our website, proceed to print the receipt page to bring with you to claim your ticket at the ticketing counter. Please do bring a form of identification as proof of your residency.
Our ticket pricing is based on your residency status. If you live in Brunei, regardless of your citizenship then you are qualified under our resident pricing. For those that are tourists visiting Brunei, you would be qualified under non-resident.
Yes. You can purchase tickets in advance as all our tickets have 3 months validity from the date of purchased.
No. There’s no booking needed, all you need to do after purchasing a Jerudong Park ticket that allows you entry to the WaterPark is to get a Waterpark coupon at the ticket counter for the preferred time slot.
Yes. All you would need to do is to get the water coupon for the time slot that you would like.
All Jerudong Park tickets have multi-entry passes within a one(1) day limit. You can exit and re-enter as much as you want within the same day.
Jerudong Park does not bear any responsibility for tickets purchased through any unauthorized third-party. To avoid any disappointment, please purchase your tickets only through our website or ticket counter.
No. All tickets once purchased are under your responsibility to be kept in a safe and proper place at all times.
There are two hotels located within a 5-mile / 8-km radius to Jerudong Park. Park view hotel and Star Lodge hotel are conveniently located approximately 5 minutes away to Jerudong Park.
No. The weather is beyond our control and even under severe rainy conditions, Jerudong Park remains open.
No. Our family package is fixed and consists of 2 adult 2 child tickets.
Depending on the severity of the rain, rides and Waterpark will temporarily close for safety purposes and will resume operations once it is safe to do so.
No. To enter the waterpark premise, you’ll need to purchase a ticket that allows you to enter.
Yes. All of our rides do have a minimum height requirement, to see more information on that please see our rides page on the website.
No. There are no returns/refunds/exchange once tickets are purchased online or at our ticketing counter. Kindly ensure you have the right tickets selected before making a final purchase.
